These conditions apply to all hires:
1. All Safety rules shall be followed, these will be explained on day of hire and a copy will be left with you during hire.
2. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure there is no overhead power lines or underground services (Ag pipe, Water, Sewerage, Power, Electricity, Phone lines & Gas lines) where the Jumping Castle is to be erected.)
3. The Jumping Castle must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
4. Please ensure Children using the Jumping Castle are of similar age, size/height and that there is no overcrowding. Children must bounce away from others and away from the sides, entrance and mesh walls.
5. The Jumping Castle shall be returned in the same condition that it was delivered in. We clean & inspect all castles at your home prior to packing up, so each castle is delivered to you in perfect condition.
6. Any damage to the Jumping Castle will be the responsibility of the hirer.
7. Deposit is to be received within 48hrs of booking – we offer bank deposit via internet banking or deposit at branch over the counter (Once booking has been made, we will hold your Jumping Castle for 48hrs while you transfer/bank the deposit. This secures the booking so no one else can book it).
8. Full payment shall be made prior to the hire day via bank deposit or on the day with cash prior to set up of the Jumping Castle.
9. No toys shall be allowed on or in the Jumping Castle (except the soft ball provided for Basketball Hoop).
10. No face paint, silly string, streamers or confetti are allowed on or near the Jumping Castle as they cause damage to the Jumping Castle.
11. No Pets, food, drinks or any other sticky substances, footwear, belts, eyeglasses, jewellery or any sharp or dangerous objects are allowed on or near the Jumping Castle.
12. No one over the age of 15 including adults is allowed on the Jumping Castles.
13. Do not use the Jumping Castle in wet weather, electrical storms or moderate to high winds as injury to children could occur.
14. Please be aware that Jumping Castles are expensive and we take pride in a superior standard to all our customers. Please help us by looking after them.
